Our Story
A good beginning starts with a name, and all of us like to be addressed. The name "CUTIS PARASOL" was thoughtfully chosen and crafted by Dr. Mithra Vasanth Vignesh, during her second year of Dermatology residency.
- CUTIS means skin.
- PARASOL means a tiny curved umbrella with a real purpose to protect.
This thought process goes with the fundamental belief that No one can protect/love/pamper you better than yourself. Isn't it difficult to share an umbrella? "BE YOUR PARASOL" is what we mean.
This logo depicts the 6 types of skin scientifically and also shaped like an umbrella. Curated and created with so much detailing to convey the core thought process about the realistic work we would like to render in our field of medicine. Real is rare. It takes time.
"Founded in 2024, CUTIS PARASOL – Skin, Hair, Nail, and Laser Clinic, located in Adambakkam, Chennai, is led by the passionate and board-certified dermatologist Dr. Mithra Vasanth Vignesh. An alumnus of Government Stanley Medical College and Hospital, she is also a visiting consultant at various leading corporate hospitals in Chennai.
